Perfect Care Tips For Tooth and Oral Health

Some of the methods to follow;
- Do not brush your teeth back and forth. Just move the brush circularly on the same point and up – down to brush between teeth. It is more effective that you brush your teeth circularly and kindly.
- Pay attention to the gum line where food accumulates. Especially, back of the lower teeth should be brushed from bottom to top because of saliva accumulates in the floor of mouth.
- Apply sufficient amount of toothpaste on your dry tooth brush. (Children should use a pea-sized amount of toothpaste under adult supervision)
- After brushing twice a day and for at least 3 minutes, rinse your mouth with water and spit. Wash and rinse your toothbrush thoroughly, leave it upright.
Fluoride in Fluoridated toothpastes has three functions:

- 2To neutralize the bacterias that cause cavities and acid erosion on teeth
- 3To prevent tooth decays and deformations caused by harmful bacterias and acid

Tooth Brush
Should the tooth brush be sof tor hard? Are electric toothbrushes or regular toothbrushes better? Brushing teeth can be uncomfortable and abrasive. For this reason, dentists recommend brushes with medium hard and soft bristles to reduce gingival damage. Softer brush makes teeth whiter when used correctly. Small or medium-sized brush can easily get into even the most secluded corners of your mouth and clean bacteria and plaques in there.
When the bristles of your toothbrush start to curl outward, it’s time to change it. Worn toothbrus bristles fail to clean teeth. A new toothbrush also plays a major role in effective tooth cleaning.
Care
Cola or sweet drinks are acidic. These drinks, candies and sweets cause bacteria and acid formation on teeth. Therefore this kind of food and drink are not reccomended for oral health. When you consume them, shortly after you should brush your teeth or rinse your mouth with plenty of water. Never crack foods such as hazelnuts with your teeth. The general warnings on the packaging and to pay attention to the use of toothpaste are as follows:
- Please brush your teeth minimum twice a day for 3 minutes kindly or according to your dentist’s advices with Favori Fresh White Toothpastes. (It should not be used more than 3 times in a day)
- After brushing, rinse your mouth and spit.
- Store in closed tube, away from children, in cool and dry places at room temperature 25C˚.
- In case of intake of Fluoride from other sources and an unexpected effect / allergic reaction, stop using and please consult your dentist.
- For adults. Children under 12 years old should use this product under adult supervision.
- It is not medicine.
- Please change your tooth brush at least once at 3 months.
